Russia's Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has promised that Russia will continue to provide oil to China by rail. Fradkov says Russia will fulfil its commitment to export oil to China.
ĦĦĦĦIn 2001, China and Russian signed an agreement on the construction of a pipeline from Angarsk to Daqing. China Radio International reported Saturday.
ĦĦĦĦThe technical evaluation of the project has been completed but a proposal by a group of Russian oil transportation companies for an alternative pipeline from Angarsk to Nakhodka has stalled construction of the line.
